The agreement

These terms govern your use of the Cotesty website and service, operated by Codeativ. By using the site or submitting a URL you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Cotesty is

Cotesty reviews a web application you point us to and returns findings about its usability, accessibility, security surface and broken flows, matched to an age group. It is an informational tool to help you improve a product. It is not a certification, a legal or security audit, or a guarantee that a product is fault-free or compliant with any law or standard.

Acceptable use

You may submit a URL only for a property you own or are authorised to test. You must not use Cotesty to probe systems you have no right to test, to break any law, to infringe anyone else's rights, or to disrupt the service for others. We may decline or stop processing any submission at our discretion.

Your content

You keep all rights in the site you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to access that site and produce your report, and you confirm you are entitled to request testing of the URL you submit.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that findings are complete or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Acting on a report is your decision.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Codeativ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Cotesty. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye. Questions: [email protected].
